Everything was amazing and rooms where huge and luxury. The food was reasonably priced with plenty of options. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was close to Galaxy Mall, stores and shopping mall, and Surabaya on business. It also was in the middle of jackson.

We had an amazing Christmas experience at this swanky property. the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. We loved the complementary Christmas decorations in our room, and the fact that we were able to enjoy a sumptuous Christmas dinner and breakfast buffet free of charge. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. the room was spacious and clean, and we particularly enjoyed the luxurious bedding.

the swimming pool was a bit cold and uncomfortable to swim in, and there were no steam or sauna facilities available.

The spacious and luxurious apartment had exclusive amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine which fulfilled my needs. the apartment's layout was impressive, clean, and felt like a home away from home.

The covered indoor swimming pool was too cold for a swim. Despite the swimming pool's attractive view, it was a minor issue as I couldn't enjoy it to its full extent.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and spacious room at Oakwood. The modern design and comfortable furnishings made for a truly enjoyable stay. The cleanliness was superb, and the refreshing smell in the room was an added bonus. The hotel's location provided stunning views, especially at night. I would definitely choose to stay at Oakwood again if I return to Surabaya.
